Nestor Carbonell is Awesome

In a recent issue of News from the Chopping Block, Will and I doled out some considerable honor upon Nestor Carbonell, a talented actor who just happened to have been in several canceled television shows, by making him the first Cancelee of the Month (or some dumb title we haven’t firmly decided yet). While discussing Mr. Carbonell and his work, we mentioned in passing that the website www.NestorCarbonellIsAwesome.com was available, and said someone needed to snatch that website up before it disappeared.

Someone did.

Our friend Kary from Good Commitment, to be exact. So, now we have that website. If you click on the link in the above paragraph, you’ll see what we’ve got there now. But we don’t want this to just be one quick joke. We want it to be a cavalcade of fantastitude centered around Richard Alpert, Batmanuel, Gotham Mayor Nestor Carbonell. So, in the comments here or via e-mail, we want your ideas. How can we expand this site to include a ton of user-generated content? We don’t just want this to be a fanclub. We want LIVING PROOF of Nestor’s awesomeness. Right now we’re thinking we want to have users submit photoshopped images or brief stories about what makes Nestor Carbonell so damned awesome. Give us your ideas, though. Tell us what we can do to make this site more than one joke. We will reward you with happiness!

Also, to be clear, we aren’t being ironic. Nestor Carbonell is actually awesome. Keep that in mind.
